All prices are quoted in £ sterling.

All of our Villa and Apartments are individually priced, according to the tariff set by the respective villa owner. Please see individual villa information or brochure for details.

Prices are quoted per week, per property. We do not charge on a per person basis.

These prices are irrespective of the number of guests staying, up to the maximum number specified. We do not charge single person or under-occupancy supplements.

Some properties may have facilities to accommodate additional guests, over and above the maximum party size specified, if booked in advance, and at an additional weekly cost. See individual villa prices for details.

Villa rental prices do not include flights, transfers, insurance, etc.

ALL guests travelling to Corfu are expected to be covered by adequate travel insurance and to be in possession of valid travel documents for the entirety of their stay.

Villa rental prices include the housekeeping services provided.

Villa rental prices include the provision of all bed linens and bathroom towels, which are changed weekly. If guests require more frequent linen changes/additional towels, this should be booked in advance and will incur extra charges. More details available on booking.

Linens provided do not include bathrobes or beach towels – please do not use house linens beyond villa.

Rental prices do not normally include the provision of Air Conditioning. Where Air Conditioning is available, guests may request this on site and pay the additional daily charge locally.

Provision of cot is made at no charge, but must be booked well in advance.

40% of Total Villa Rental Cost payable on confirmation of booking as deposit.

60% Balance of Total Villa Rental Cost payable no later than six weeks prior to departure to Corfu.

A standard £150.00 security deposit/breakage bond is charged, irrespective of length of stay/number of guests/choice of property, on every booking. This bond to be paid in a separate cheque with the second stage booking. We will hold this until your return from Corfu and will return it to you as soon as is practicable.

Payment by cheque, please, to N LOUVROS. Any bank transfer charges, where applicable, are payable by the guests.

If you are paying via direct bank transfer, to avoid unnecessary bank charges for you (sending this bond to us and us returning it to you), you can simply bring £150/€175 in cash or travellers cheques with you, leave this with Nikos upon arrival and this will be returned to you once the villa has been checked on your departure day.

To avoid losing security deposit, small breakages/damages may be paid for directly with villa owner whilst guests are on the island.
