St Stephano (also known as San Stefanos) is located on the pretty northeastern coast of Corfu and is much admired for its friendliness and appealing ambiance by well-heeled travellers and is known by some as “Kensington-On-Sea”!

Surrounding the small bay, the unspoilt village boasts a good choice of fish tavernas and family run restaurants as well as other amenities, such as mini-markets and shops, and is a good base from which to rent a boat so that you can access the other nearby bays and inlets, famous on this part of the coast. Or why not book a sea-taxi to take you to the fabulous tavernas of Agni (and ask them to collect you again, once you are sated with fresh fish, retsina and watermelon!)?

Set back from the village centre, within well established gardens and citrus groves, this property offers guests the very best of both worlds: a quiet country villa, offering privacy from others, but just three minutes’ stroll from the delights of the quayside, the moored yachts and family run tavernas and shops.

Mina’s Cottage is located at the end of a lane, separated from the neighbouring properties by a natural barrier of foliage and fig trees and surrounded by walnut, mandarin, orange and lemon trees (very useful for your gin and tonic!). With a gated entrance, the cottage garden offers a safe environment for those guests with little children. Fronted by a wide covered veranda, the cottage has a main living area, with seating and dining table, and incorporates a compact but adequate kitchen. There are two spacious bedrooms (both with twin beds) and a family bathroom.

Mina’s Cottage is simply appointed, in a typical Corfiot country style, and is comfortable and well located for a village-based, relaxing holiday. For those guests who rent a hire-car, there is a parking space at the rear of the building.
